Vince Bovino is a management consultant and founder of Bovino Consulting Group. He is a facilitator
for productivity, quality, and customer service improvement, a catalyst for organizational
change, and a seminar leader. Vince has developed a successful "improvement process." His
hands-on approach to all phases of implementation has produced significant employee relations
and financial results for client companies.
Prior to forming Bovino Consulting Group in 1985, Vince was the Vice President of Human
Resources for Bunker Limited. He was Employee Relations Manager for Standard Oil and Noranda
Mining, Inc., and a Division Employee Relations Manager for Boise Cascade Corporation and
General Cable Corporation. His 30 years of corporate employment and management consulting have
provided a full range of management experiences, in a variety of industries and corporate
environments.
Vince holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Relations from Saint Francis College and a
Bachelor's Degree from the same school.
He has published several articles on productivity improvement and the management change
process.
Vince frequently speaks to corporate and professional groups on organizational change. He
emphasizes achieving new levels of productivity, quality, and customer service through
employee involvement and management style changes.
