We conduct a customized
Gainsharing workshop for your leadership team, using the information
from the previous day's orientation.
Implementation Planning

We work with key members of
your leadership team to develop a detailed, customized, written
implementation schedule . . . a path forward!

On-Site
Workshop Fees
Our One-Day On-Site Workshops are
conducted anywhere in the U.S. or Canada for $1,000 (U.S.
Dollars). This fee includes all travel costs and
materials for up to 10 participants. Additional
participants $80 each.
