Bovino Consulting Group's Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) process is a tool
that will help identify strengths, areas for improvement, and open communication among all employees.

The traditional role of management has been to "fix the problem." Our clients have found that
employees not only have questions, but they have answers as well. Approximately 85% of problems
raised during feedback sessions are solved by the work groups themselves.
The process also begins to focus employees on common organizational goals. As problems and
issues are identified, employees weigh solutions in relationship to the impact on the organization's

- Identify what is just okay or not okay, and why (so you can solicit employees' ideas to make it better); and
- Develop recommended action plans for problem or issue resolution.
