Bovino Consulting Group is a fast-paced, internationally recognized, effective group located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.  Our objective is to help clients improve business operating performance by guiding them through a group involvement and group reward process called Productivity & Quality Gainsharing.

The process involves defining operating performance objectives, developing variable-pay systems, establishing effective performance improvement teams, and creating systems to share performance information and capture employees' improvement ideas.

We seek energetic individuals with:

  • 5+ years manufacturing or consulting experience
  • An advanced business degree (required)
  • Strong quantitative skills (economics, econometric analysis, accounting, finance, or applied mathematics)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced computer literacy  (all Microsoft™ products)
  • A strong professional presence

Extensive domestic and some international travel is required.  Relocation to the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area is required. We offer excellent base pay and bonuses for highly-qualified candidates.
