  • We define the global standard for excellence in Gainsharing Consulting.

  • Call us … we will exceed your expectations.

The harsh, cold reality is that organizations are not receiving the full value from existing technology, capital and labor dollars.  Bovino Consulting Group’s Gainsharing Model is guaranteed to rapidly, significantly and on a sustained basis, improve your organizations productivity, efficiency, product quality, material usage, costs, safety, etc. … it is that simple.

We achieve extraordinary results for your organization by designing a comprehensive improvement system.

In conjunction with you, we will:

  • Identify a suite of critical operating performance metrics that drive business success … we call these metrics “Key Performance Indicators” (or KPIs). These KPIs become the common focus of all employees. This near perfect alignment of all employees is critical to rapidly moving  your organization forward.
  • Build a value-added reward/incentive system for each of the Key Performance Indicators. Our reward system is visual, easy to use and understood by employees.
  • Develop a monthly, visual, easy to use performance reporting system that presents the reward (incentive pay) and the operating performance that produced the reward.
  • Form, train and coach Performance Improvement (PI) Teams.  We go far beyond the classic “Lean Concepts.”
  • Develop a series of Line-of-Sight-Performance Targets (LSTs) specific to a group, department, or work area and create a daily, weekly or monthly performance feedback system.
  • Implement a Performance Improvement Team Results Accountability and Tracking System (PI Trax).  Our tracking system is web-based, usable by anyone worldwide.
